The whole experience was great from start to finish, 100% recommend. Comforts of small double room with a double bed were fabulous. Its location was central, minutes away from Porta Santa Maria.

The stay was really good. Everything was perfect, even so we stayed for 5 nights only. The hotel's location was unbeatable, near to the town centre or the very large market of San Pedro, many local attractions and the restaurants there. It also was to everything worth seeing in Cusco.

The staff at Lp Los Portales Hotel Cusco is exceptional and incredible. the hotel's location is magnificent, close to the main plaza and opposite the Qurikancha site. Known and safe taxis are available to take guests to tourist points and the center. the dinner and breakfast at the hotel are outstanding.

This hotel was comfortable and gorgeous. I had big, fabulous rooms with central heating, a safe and multi-channel TV. The service was excellent, including a great breakfast with fresh juices, the scrambled eggs, very good coffee. No reason to complain, the venue met what I needed.

Cozy spot with a private bathroom which was a nice touch. the staff here were super friendly and efficient, making the stay really pleasant. being right in the center of Ave del Sol made it super easy to check out all the cool tourist spots around.
